Welcome to my online yoga studio! With focus on vinyasa, meditation, and yoga that feels good, but also making you more flexible and de-stressing your mind.

Live Yoga Classes

Consistency is key. One schedule will run for four weeks, and adapt monthly after feedback from you. Of course you'll get an heads up when the schedule changes.

Recorded Classes

You'll have easy access to recorded classes. These classes can be joined whenever you feel like.


Members will also receive quarterly e-magazine (value €19). Content include music playlist, myths on yoga, routine tips and positive vibes.
