Welcome, Namaste

All classes are beginner friendly with a holistic approach to you and your practice. With focus on what feels good and in tune with your soul and not what you're supposed to do or feel.

​

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic class with slow breaths but fewer breaths in each asana/pose. No need to be super flexible, but know that it is a class you might end up using your core strength a bit.

​

There is also a class with little to none movement. Meditation & Tension Relief is for when you just ned to focus on breathing, calming your mind and helping your body and mind relax. Find  a comfy seat, pillows and a blanket for this one. Maybe also your journal just in case.

​

Read for å relaxing weekend, or recharge yourself for a new week? Feel Good Sunday is a class dedicated to self love, self worth and fun. A mix of meditation and vinyasa to make you feel good! Which is what life is all about <3
